Join TAP-NY in learning how to make scallion pancake with egg (蔥油餅加蛋)!

This is a classic Taiwanese street/breakfast food that is crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside and even more flavorful with the scallions and egg!

Our favorite Taiwanese “A-ma” will be leading this class, so come out for a fun morning of a cooking demo, meeting new people, and most importantly, eating!
