Learn how to make Ba-wan (肉圓)! Ba-wan is a Taiwanese street food delicacy that has a chewy outside wrapped around a savory filling.
Join TAP-NY in learning how to make Ba-wan (肉圓)! Ba-wan (肉圓) is often found in night markets as street food and is tied closely to the cities of Changhua and Tainan. It is traditionally made with a mix of tapioca starch, rice flour, and sweet potato starch for its chewy, translucent outside, wrapped around a savory filling, usually including minced pork and bamboo shoots.
