Join TAP-NY in learning how to make Taiwanese Spring Roll/Run Bing and Peanut Ice Cream Rolls (潤餅+花生捲冰淇淋)! Found in night markets and for the QingMing Festival, run bing is usually filled with meats and vegetables, and it is also sometimes referred to as a Taiwanese burrito! Peanut ice cream rolls are made with a similar crepe-style wrapper but have different fillings!
